Parade and Barbecue
The 4th of July was a blast. What a great turn out we had for the parade! It was fun to see so many kids turn out to watch, though next year we will need to have lots more candy!!
Andy and I would also like to thank everyone for coming to the BBQ afterwards. You helped make it a huge success. Thanks to Bob for taking some great photos too!

4th OF JULY
Just wanted to let everyone know that we will meet at Ray's parking lot at 9AM on the 4th for the Bandon Parade. Kim said for anyone bringing something that needs to be refrigerated for the BBQ she can but it in her mothers refrigerator. She just lives a block or two from Rays. Kim and I have the burgers, beer and the fixings. So just bring a side dish and your folding chairs. Any questions just email Kim. Also we will have July's Club meeting at my house during the BBQ.
If the weather is good we are also going to Dishner's cruise in tonight at 6PM hope to see some of you.

REEDSPORT CORVETTE ONLY SHOW AND SHINE
A reminder for all that want to go/enter the Reedsport Corvette Show & Shine on Saturday June 16th. We will meet at rays parking lot at 8:30am and meet the rest of the club at the veterans memorial in North Bend at 9:15am then drive up to Reedsport. The chainsaw carving contest is going on also so this is a fun show to do. Randy and Bet picked this months eat out for Captains Choice in Coos bay after the show, if you do not do the show we hope you'll make the dinner.

Engagement!!
Saturday was the anniversary of mine and Andy's first date and we went with the club to Coquille for the South Coast Cruiser's Rendezvous Show n Shine. Most of the club turned out and helped Andy with a big surprise he planned! 
Andy surprised me with a banner on the back of the Corvette saying "Kim, will you marry me??" and then he got down on one knee with everyone around and gave me a beautiful ring. Little did I know that the pot luck dinner planned for after the show was actually an engagement party! (Good thing I said yes, isn't it?!) Everyone was so great keeping the secret! Thank you all, for a truly unforgettable day!!
